Megan Hempfling, M.Ed., BCBA
Megan Hempfling earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2014. In that same year, she began working as a Behavior Technician for D.A.S.I. and started course work to complete her Masters degree. In the spring of 2016 she obtained her Masters degree in Education and the Foundations of Behavior Analysis, from the University of Cincinnati. She has had experience working with children with special needs since 2012 and has worked under the supervision of Behavior Analysts as well as Speech and Language Pathologists. As a Program Supervisor, Megan works closely with parents, team members, and clients to optimize learning and achieve short and long term goals. As a Clinical Assistant, Megan works closely with the D.A.S.I.s clinical team,providing additional training and support to team members. Megan is a certified Safety Care Specialist and has been a valued team member at D.A.S.I. since 2014.
