Dani Paolercio, BA, RBT earned her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies focus on Family and Childhood studies from Northern Kentucky University. Immediately following graduation, she worked as a Preschool Teacher for children with autism, and the following year became a Behavior Therapist. In 2016, she began her career at D.A.S.I. where she obtained her Registered Behavior Technician credential (RBT). Dani has six years of ABA experience working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Pathologists, and other RBT’s throughout her career at D.A.S.I. She is extremely passionate about working with children and families. She has a deep understanding of therapy resources, therapy techniques, data collection, and the role a quality ABA program plays in enhancing skills for children with ASD. Dani enjoys being around her family, laughing with friends, and taking walks with her dog.  
Our mission is to provide the highest quality ABA Therapy and supporting Speech Therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism in their natural environments. We work closely with parents, family members, educators, and behavioral staff to provide training and support in order to make the most significant impact for the individuals we serve.
