Danell’s journey with DASI Kids began in 2016 when she first joined as a Behavior Technician. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and clinical excellence, she eagerly pursued every level of advanced DASI training, steadily ascending through the ranks to become a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). After excelling as a clinical leader on the floor, she stepped into the role of Clinical Coordinator in 2022.
Danell brings deep dedication, warmth, and nearly a decade of hands-on experience to her role with the DASI Team. She greets the DASI kiddos each morning at drop off, setting a bright, reassuring, and positive tone for the entire therapy day ahead. Known as a comforting constant at the DASI Center, her calm, caring personality pair well with her strong mentoring skills. As a member of the training team, her main focus is educating on program orientation and level 1 criteria to set up the newest behavior technicians with the skills, confidence, and foundational knowledge they need for long-term success.
Outside of work, you’ll most often find Danell surrounded by her family, including her wonderful husband, children, and grandbaby or enjoying a quiet day out on her boat.
