Disability & Autism Services of Indiana (DASI) is seeking hard working, positive team members to implement programs for children on the Autism spectrum using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.  We provide on the job training in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as, classroom and online coursework.  We are proud to reward our team with a culture of engagement and an environment where people want to spend their time, and we are excited to announce this fun and rewarding opportunity!  A Behavior Technician is a unique and demanding position that requires a diverse set of skills to really thrive in the role, and our goal is to attract and retain the best people as we recognize this is essential to our growth and success.  Candidates should be interested in working within a home, clinic and/or community-based model.  Training in Applied Behavior Analysis will be provided.  All qualified applicants will be kept on file for six months.

Locations:

  • Central and Southeastern Indiana
  • The Tri-state Cincinnati area

Responsibilities:

  • Work 1 on 1 with children on the Autism Spectrum
  • Utilize organizational skills to maintain data collection and daily record keeping
  • Build rapport and maintain strong communication with team and client’s family
  • Teach short and long term goals and targets
  • Collect data related to treatment plan goals
  • Collaborate with a diverse team including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Educators and Parents

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must love working with children (experience preferred), be self-motivated, creative, enthusiastic, patient, caring and compassionate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and excellent time management
  • Comfort in a virtual work place and flexible work schedules
  • Applicants must hold a minimum of a High School Diploma, although college coursework is preferred
  • Have a safe driving record for the previous five years
  • Consent to a criminal background check
  • Additional screening may be required

Disability & Autism Services of Indiana (DASI) is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise ABA therapy programs for children on the Autism spectrum.  DASI is proud to reward our team with a culture of engagement and we are excited to announce this opportunity to join a dynamic, dedicated team of professionals committed to providing the highest quality ABA therapy services.  A Program Supervisor, BCBA/BCaBA position is considered a leadership role, as Behavior Technicians will rely on them to assist them in overcoming challenges and answer questions about their day to day client interactions. Candidates should be interested in working within a clinic, home, educational setting, and/or community-based model.  All qualified applicants will be kept on file for six months.

Locations:

  • Southeastern Indiana (including Decatur County, Dearborn County, Franklin County, Ripley County, Rush County and Shelby County)

Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients, develop and oversee Individual Treatment and Behavior Plans
  • Maintain a caseload of clients; supervise all aspects of ABA therapy services and client progress
  • Create recommendations for therapy services
  • Provide consultation and training for parents, teachers, and community members, as needed
  • Train, coach and facilitate treatment teams; program monitoring
  • Provide Behavior Technician level training and program specific training to give constructive feedback on the implementation of ABA interventions and effective teaching strategies
  • Utilize organizational skills to maintain data collection and daily record keeping
  • Build rapport and maintain strong communication with team and client’s parents/caregivers
  • Increase team productivity; train and motivate team members
  • Collaborate with a diverse team including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Educators and Parents

Qualifications:

  • Must have BCBA or BCaBA credentialing
  • Two years of postgraduate clinical experience working with children with Autism preferred but not required
  • Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate as a team
  • Problem-solving attitude and results driven
  • Motivational personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and excellent time management
  • Comfortable in a virtual workplace and a flexible work schedule
  • Must be available at least 35 hours per week
  • Must be willing to travel up to 1 hour
