Emma began her career in ABA as an RBT in 2018 while pursuing her Bachelor’s in psychology at IUPUC. She soon found a passion for teaching children important language and functional living skills using evidence based practice, and later joined the DASI Team as an RBT in 2020. Emma has a long standing history of academic excellence, enabling her to finish high school early with academic honors and earn her bachelor’s degree in three years. She earned a spot on the IUPUC dean’s list and maintained that academic achievement throughout her master’s program while balancing full time employment.
After earning her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, Emma completed the DASI Supervision program and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Spring of 2023. As a Program Supervisor at DASI Kids, Emma brings years of hands-on experience to her work, using a down-to-earth, fun-first approach in early intervention programming that drives meaningful progress.
A Greensburg, Indiana resident since kindergarten, Emma is just as passionate about her outdoor pursuits as she is about her career. When she’s off the clock, she loves gardening, fishing, camping, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with her cats, Florence, Juice, and Lion. In fact, on any given Saturday morning, you’ll almost certainly find her out on the water, whether it’s a river, lake, pond, or ocean.
