Erin Morgan is the Director of Operations at DASI Kids. Erin joined our team in 2016 as an Office Manager and quickly grew into the newly developed role of Director of Operations. Erin became an essential member of our management team because of her keen attention to detail, her flexibility to work within different aspects of our organization and her exceptional ability to provide leadership, direction and coordination.
Erin has over 20 years of public relations experience spanning multiple professions including human resources, accounting and, most recently, health insurance. Erin brings Midwestern neighborly values to her role and places emphasis on “the highest quality of care” where it matters most — the client. Erin is devoted to the progress and development of each team member and child. Through proven practices, Erin will mentor the DASI team to achieve an optimum level of performance and strengthen positive habits while enhancing skill sets.
Erin understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance; she enjoys reading Historical Fiction and Southern Literature, planning her family’s travels to each of our 63 National Parks, her self-care routine of strength training and cardio, and (occasionally) a 1000 piece puzzle. Her favorite daily routine is returning home to her husband and she’s happiest when her house is full of friends, family and her new grandchild – who is officially stealing the show.
