Kasadi Rieg

Kasadi Rieg became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Indiana University, she joined the DASI team in 2014. Seeing firsthand the profound impact ABA has on children and families, Kasadi was inspired to advance her career. She earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University while gaining valuable hands-on experience and completing her supervision and fieldwork experience right here at DASI.

Over the years, Kasadi has served as a Program Supervisor, spearheaded early intervention initiatives, and providing dedicated mentorship to RBTs and aspiring Behavior Analysts. Her clinical expertise and continual pursuit of excellence led to her promotion to Program Director in 2024, where she oversees programming quality to ensure every child receives exceptional care. She specializes in early childhood intervention, advanced skill development, and school readiness, helping children successfully transition to their next big milestones.

Kasadi is a strong, steady team member who thrives on new challenges and collaborates closely with caregivers and fellow professionals. She has extensive experience working with children of all ages across school, home, and clinic settings. When she isn’t helping build brighter futures, Kasadi loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to country music and podcasts, and catching up on the latest Netflix shows.
