Minda Hollars, BS, RBT was born in Hamilton, OH and later moved to her family’s farm in Indiana. After getting her bachelor’s in psychology at Indiana University in 2017, Minda learned about the field of ABA and knew it was for her as she had always wanted to work with individuals with special needs. She joined DASI as an RBT in 2020 and with her continued hard work and dedication to the practice of ABA, Minda was promoted to the role of Team lead in 2025. As a DASI Team Lead, Minda supports our Leadership Team with a focus on center programming and supporting our new recruits, all while providing the highest quality ABA therapy to DASI clients. Minda strives daily to be a good and kind mom, wife, friend, and technician. She values honesty and kindness, friends, and family. On the weekend, you’ll probably find her drinking her coffee (that’s been reheated 30 times) while hanging with her husband, son and wiener dog, reading and watching cartoons on the couch. She loves concerts, being outside, and spending time with loved ones.
