Cassie Hooten

Cassie Hooten, BS, RBT is a Batesville, Indiana native with a passion for working with children. She began her career as a preschool teacher, where her interest in children on the autism spectrum led her to explore and ultimately discover Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Cassie joined DASI in 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician and quickly stood out for her dedication and commitment to the principles of ABA. In recognition of her continued excellence, Cassie was promoted to Team Lead in 2024. In this role, she plays a vital part in supporting DASI’s Leadership Team, with a focus on center programming and mentoring new team members. Alongside these responsibilities, she remains devoted to delivering high-quality ABA therapy to the children and families DASI serves. Cassie strives to make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of the children she works with—helping them develop meaningful skills that enhance their quality of life, both now and in the future.

What advice would you give to a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars?  

This job is so rewarding! It takes a lot of patience. The struggles you may face more than pay off when your client reaches their targets and goals (and they will!)
