Libby Caswell is the Founder and Executive Director of Disability & Autism Services of Indiana (DASI Kids). Her profound understanding that every Autism journey is unique inspired her to create DASI Kids based on this fundamental principle.
Libby began her Behavior Analysis journey in 1999. Throughout that time she had the privilege of supporting families from many demographics (Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky) during their Autism journey and worked alongside colleagues considered instrumental in the growth and application of ABA Therapy. Libby earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2008. She specializes in Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching, Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching.
Libby founded DASI Kids in 2008. She was committed to provide ABA Therapy services to her hometown very early in her ABA career, with a focus to better support and educate her local community. So, with this goal in mind, the first Greensburg DASI Kids Center was established in 2015. Since that time, DASI Kids has grown into a state-of-the-art campus in Greensburg, Indiana – which features a safe and sensory rich Autism Center and Early Intervention Center. A place where each special needs child has a unique learning space with opportunities to play alongside, learn from and build friendships with their peers.
Libby developed the acronym DASI before the formal name ‘Disability and Autism Services of Indiana’. She felt the word ‘DASI’ (daisy) represents growth, development, planting roots and building a strong foundation – right here in our community. What sets DASI Kids ABA Therapy services apart is our transparency and family approach. Libby continues to practice with the conviction that each family should receive an individualized approach and that each child must receive individualized treatment. She aspires to create an environment that fosters learning and development for each irreplaceable child, each committed parent and each effective teacher. Libby attributes setting new goals upon fulfilling an accomplishment, thriving on personal and professional growth, and surrounding herself with practitioners that accompany these beliefs as the passionate foundation for her, and DASI Kids’, success.
Libby has presented at the annual Association of Behavior Analysis International conference (ABAI, 2006), Hoosier Association of Behavior Analysis conference (HABA, 2011) and Behavior Analysis Association of Michigan conference (BAAM, 2012). Libby’s mentors include Pat McGreevy, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Carl Sundberg, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Dr. Gwen Dwiggins, Ph.D., BCBA-D, and Janet Decker (Rumple), J.D., Ph.D, and has a combined total of 13 years experience working under the supervision of these professionals. Libby is a member of the Hoosier Association of Behavior Analysis (HABA) and Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). She also obtained her Organization Behavior Management (OBM) from Florida Institute of Technology in 2021. Most recently, Libby received the 2025 Community Leader of the Year award in her local community, presented by the Chamber of Commerce.
