Behavior Technician, RBT

We are seeking talented Behavior Technicians to implement programs for children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The responsibilities of a Behavior Technician include providing behavioral intervention and direct instruction in a one to one teaching format. Technicians utilize various scientifically valid teaching techniques including Verbal Behavior, Precision Teaching, Video Modeling, Natural Environment Teaching, and Functional Communication. Candidates should be interested in working within a home, clinic and/or community-based model. Training in Applied Behavior Analysis will be provided. All qualified applicants will be kept on file for six months.


Indiana: Central and Southeastern Indiana
Ohio: Tri-state Cincinnati area


  • Implement Individual Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Conduct all aspects of systematic instructional sequences while maintaining clinical data
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain data collection and daily record keeping
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong communication with clinical team, office management and client’s family
  • Reliable attendance and excellent time management
  • Use of personal auto for business use, with the agreement to carry a minimum 100/300/100 liability protection uninsured/under-insured motorists coverage


  • Applicants must hold a High School Diploma and be pursuing (a minimum of) a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Education or Psychology

Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct occupational therapy to our clients and consultation to our clients, team members, and families. Come work in collaboration with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, behavior technicians, parents, caregivers, and educators.  Responsibilities include assessing, evaluating, and treating clients, as well as providing training, guidance, and support team members as we work together to achieve short and long term goals. Pediatric experience is required and applicants must love working with children. Team members must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills. Applicants must be creative and willing to utilize behavior analytics principals and procedures in order to achieve client goals.


Central and Southeastern Indiana and Tri-state Cincinnati area


  • Assess, evaluate, and treat students who exhibit a delay or disability in fine motor, sensory motor and/or adaptive functioning
  • Work in collaboration with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, parents, caregivers, educators, and ancillary service providers
  • Provide training and continued support to team as needed
  • Work toward short and long term goals and objectives for clients
  • Work in outreach settings, promoting optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities. Travel to homes, schools, clinics, and community settings in D.A.S.I. services area
  • Maintain appropriate documentation regarding client services
  • Attend meetings with team members and parents as needed
  • Workers compensation clearance certificate (Independent Contractor)


  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
  • Indiana State license in Occupational Therapy
  • Pediatric experience required, must love working with children
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Must be creative and willing to utilize behavior analytic principals and procedures in order to achieve goals
